I work with people seeking help with a wide range of difficulties such as relationship and family concerns, stress, anxiety, depression, identity issues, major life changes, and grief/loss. I have particular experience and expertise in attachment or relationship trauma, personality disorders, and helping emerging adults with the transitions of this phase of life.

Fees & Insurance

The fee is $235 per 45-minute session and payment is accepted via credit or debit card, due at the time of service. I am an out-of-network provider, which means that I do not accept insurance. I do provide a monthly invoice/superbill with information needed to file reimbursement claims with your insurance company, and many people are able to get some portion of their sessions reimbursed. You may wish to call your insurance company to find out your mental health benefits and their reimbursement rates for out-of-network providers.
